Welcome to the BaseCamp Rugs and Blankets Blog!

Here at BaseCamp Rugs and Blankets, we are excited to launch our new blog! We have created this blog as a way for us to share our love of hand-weaving and sustainable regenerative agriculture with all of you. On our blog, you will find topics related to hand-made textiles, sustainable regenerative agriculture, rugs, yoga, and more. Let’s take a look at what our blog has in store for you!

Hand-Weaving

At BaseCamp, we specialize in hand-weaving beautiful blankets made from 100% organic cotton. We believe that hand-weaving is an art form that produces the highest quality blankets that can be used for years and years. On our blog, we will share tips and tricks on how to properly care for your handwoven blanket so it lasts as long as possible and looks its best. Additionally, we will provide some fun weaving projects that you can do yourself at home!

Sustainable Regenerative Agriculture

Our wool comes from small family farms here in the United States who practice sustainable farming practices. Sustainable farming is important because it helps protect natural resources while still providing food and fiber products. We’ll dive into some of the ways these farmers are using regenerative agriculture methods to build soil health and increase wildlife habitat on their land.

Rugs & Yoga

BaseCamp Rugs and Blankets also offers rug making services so you can create your own unique piece of art for your home or office. We also feature several yoga mats made out of 100% organic cotton which are perfect for practicing your favorite asanas anywhere. Our blog will feature articles about how to make your own rugs and the benefits of yoga on physical health.

We hope that this blog provides valuable information about topics such as hand-weaving, sustainable regenerative agriculture, rugs, yoga and more. If there is anything else you would like us to cover on our blog or if you have any questions or comments please don't hesitate to contact us via email or social media!
